If I manage to boot 2.2.13 with RTC support in it, it gets right epoch. I
couldn't test this further because while trying to get it better, I
screwed it up. I think it thought we were in 1999, which is close enough.
If I boot 2.2.13 without RTC support, it thinks we are in 2047.
