Finished. If somebody want to test the PC164 (sys cabriolet) irq updates
apply this patch on top of 2.3.47pre2:

In it I also fixed for two unrelated bugs in dp164 and sx164 that could
lead to machine lockups during irq probing (I couldn't notice them because
noone of my drivers uses irq probing).
To compile it make sure to _not_ use ALPHA_GENERIC but select your own
platform (or you'll get stuck during compilations with the not yet updated
platforms).
Feedback is welcome. If somebody has other platforms and can test patches
let me know and I'll generate and send him patches to test.
