Hi,
I have some problems with a newly installed RedHat 6.1 Linux (out of
the box) on a Compaq DS10. They all seem to have to do with time:
1. ping reports redicoulous times like:
64 bytes from 130.225.95.25: icmp_seq=0 ttl=255 time=4294967296000.3 ms
on a 100 Mbit network.
2. It does not pass date test when trying to install the Perl module
HTML::Date, saying:
base/date...........FAILED tests 4, 10, 14, 19, 43-50, 57
Failed 13/57 tests, 77.19% okay
3. emacs complains about files beeing changed while editing.
It's probably something simple, but I can't find the answer in
the FAQ, so please can anyone help me with a solution?
Thanks!
Anders
