Yes there is. When the ethernet driver's interrupt is
on CPU1, the ping response is *very* slow without the
fix. Pings taking 400-10000ms. With a 2 cpu machine,
every other ifconfig lands the ethernet on CPU1. With
the fix, you should see no difference in ping times between
the CPUs.
