Building the kernel with gcc 7.0

On my noname, with gcc 2.7.0,the ncr scsi driver will not compile.
First it compilains about preprocessor directives in macros being
illegal, and then latter dies with Syntax errors.. ( Probably cause by
the improper treatment of the #ifdef 0 complained about earlier.
The compliler seems to work for user stuff..
