If you have a Jensen, you don't have to re-blow the flash-rom to switch
the firmware. Both sets of firmware are held in the flash-rom, and all
you have to do is select which one you boot up in.

If you're running ARC console, get yourself down into the System Setup
menu, and select "switch to OSF/VMS console", then power-cycle the system.

If you're running SRM console, issue the command "SET OS NT", then
power-cycle the system.

I can't... I know what the SRM boot loader does, but I don't know what the
ARC boot loader does.

(FYI - the SRM boot loader is really simple. The first block of the boot
device contains a block offset and a block count for the primary bootstrap.
Issuing the "boot" command causes the console to read these blocks in to
virtual address 0x20000000, then jumps to 0x20000000. Everything else is
done by the primary bootstrap and the operating system).
