It is available in a lot of places.
Over here in Germany it goes for about 380,- DM which you have to
multiply with about 1.4 in order to get $US.

They are graet for GUI stuff, but fail on the console.
svgamodi are very slow on the console and oftern are incompatible
implemented. XFree has better support for them then ATI for OS/2 :-)

With linux console you may remap the keyboard in any fashion. You may
have to relabel your keys on the board :-)
