I've made linux-1.3.10 available on the normal sites, along with a new
axp-specific diff (it's still shrinking: this time the termios handling
functions were finally integrated into the basic kernel). The 1.3.10
kernel can be found on ftp://ftp.funet.fi/pub/OS/Linux/PEOPLE/Linus/v1.3
and ftp://ftp.cs.helsinki.fi/pub/Software/Linux/Kernel/v1.3. The
axp-specific diff can be found on ftp.cs.helsinki.fi (but under
"testing" instead of "v1.3").

1.3.10 has various networking updates (most of them non-axp-related) and
the updates from David M-T and Bob Manson to do ptrace on Linux/axp.
David, Bob, can you please check this out that it's up-to-date with
respect to your systems?
