This release includes some additional bugfixes to the networking code,
a much improved strlen() function (written by David Mosberger), a
working version of rpc/xdr, some YP functionality (this is most
certainly broken since it hasn't been tested :-) and various other
sundry fixes.
It also includes a few additional syscall references and a libinux.a
that provides interface functions to linux-specific syscalls that
normally do not have equivalent libc functions.
I will be releasing a new set of binaries in a few days that include
these fixes, as well as a version of mount that allows NFS mounting
(now that RPC is working this is a piece of cake) and some networking
binaries (a basic set of utilities, including NFS).
Source will be available in the same directory, as soon as it finishes
ftp'ing; I will also be putting up a set of diffs from 0.3. The build
environment has been improved considerably, so it should be possible
to actually build the entire tree in one make :-)
As always: if you have problems or any questions...send mail to
manson@magnus.acs.ohio-state.edu.
