new Emacs 19.26 binary

After fixing a minor bug in __sbrk(), GNU Emacs 19.26 works fine with
its own malloc package. On my machine, this results in dramatically
improved paging behavior. With the system malloc, it used to page
quite a bit during garbage-collection but with GNU malloc (and
relocating buffers), it's all quiet. :)

The patch for __sbrk() (as available as part of libc-linux 0.35 on
grocne.enc.org) is in sbrk.patch.gz in the above directory.

Also, I put up a source patch in emacs-19.29axp.patch.gz. It should
be applied directly on top of emacs-19.29.tar.gz as distributed by
FSF.
