Here is some info that I thought might be interesting if somebody
should decide to start working on ELF for the Alpha (I'm not presently
working on this and have no plans to do so in the near future).

There isn't an official DWARF ABI document for the Alpha processor, but we've
decided on the following register encodings:

Dwarf register number 0 == Alpha processor register R0
Dwarf register number 1 == Alpha processor register R1
