I decided to update my kernel to 1.3.21 before proceeding further with
my apparent missing characters/possible flow control problem. Testing
was successfull after the upgrade. I am able to send longer PostScript
files (I tried 13 pages of the gawk man page). The flow control appears
to be working properly.
