Jim (et al),
in answer to the question how big is the Miniloader (aka) MILO.
It's around 400K with block device drivers in. However, that's not
too important (other than for fitting it into FLASH/ROM) what is important
is that it throws itself away when it passes control to Linux, leaving
only memory occupied by the PALcode (8 pages), memory occupied by the
HWRPB (1 page), two page tables (2 pages) and whatever Linux takes up.
So, 11 pages is taken up by the miniloader in a running Linux system...
