fdisk

I just added a new 2 gig SCSI drive to my Alpha system, but I can't figure
out how to fdisk it.

I grabbed the fdisk.gz file from azstarnet, but it doesn't seem to like
my setup.

I first tried "fdisk /dev/sda" so I could make sure that fdisk worked at
all. Here's what happened.

bash# ./fdisk /dev/sda
Warning: invalid flag a1c7 of partition table 4 will be corrected by w(rite)

Command (m for help): p

Disk /dev/sda: 33 heads, 62 sectors, 1011 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 2046 * 512 bytes

Device Boot Begin Start End Blocks Id System

Command (m for help):

Keep in mind this is the drive I'm running off of, and Linux likes it fine.
fdisk treats the new drive even worse, but that could be because it's
new and has never had a partition table.

Any ideas before I go digging?

Erik
