"makerom" tool for MILO

The following is of interest only to people who want to build a
flashable MILO for a Cabriolet. To do this, you need a binary called
"makerom" that, so far, was available as an OSF/1 shared binary only.

As Linus likes to say: easier done than said. I pulled the sources
off the EBSDK CD-ROM and it was fairly straight forward to get them to
compile under Linux (that stuff is so well & portably written, one can
hardly speak of porting). As the sources are freely distributable, I
put together both the sources and a binary for "makerom". It's all in:

ftp://ftp.azstarnet.com/pub/linux/axp/sys/milo-tools-0.0.tar.gz

The tar-file is about 100KB in size.

PS: I tested the utility by comparing it's output with the output produced
by the OSF/1 binary and they are, fortunately, identical.
