There is no problem in it -- in fact you CAN order
the board with SRM without OSF/1 license (there is
order code for such version), but it is equally easy
to load in a new firmware -- SRM or MILO.

In fact you should order a board WITHOUT NT license,
it may still come with ARC firmware, though.
