linux-1.3.35 pci patch

Just uploaded the latest kernel patch that is relative to Linus's
1.3.35 (ftp://ftp.azstarnet.com/pub/linux/axp/sys, as usual). The
files are:

The patch contains a minor fix to the ioctls in drivers/net/ppp.c.
Also, I fixed the raw bootstrap loader so that it can print strings
legibly with recent SRM consoles (those don't like to print more than
one or two characters per PUTS call...). Other than that, just my
usual kgdb patches etc.
