It's in the procps suite, for example from sunsite:
/pub/Linux/system/Status/ps/procps-0.97.tgz
That's the /proc based version. The kmem based one (kmem-ps) stopped working
some time ago.
(procps contains free,fuser,ps,pstree,top,w,uptime and more)
