Can't get a cabriolet to boot the boot floppy

I recently downloaded pc64_bootdisk.srm.gz and root_floppy.gz
from the BLADE_0.2/BOOT_DISKS directory.

When I boot our AlphaPC64 system form the bootdisk using the
srm console I get normal boot messages from the console, followed by:

Loading vmlinux ...Failed (0x14ca00, expected 0x156000)

and then it halts.

Any ideas on where I should look?
