Now that linuxdoc-sgml-1.4 is more sanely organized, I put together an
Alpha distribution that is ready to use:

Notice that you can now simply invoke sgml2html to create an html
version. Really handy.

Of course the downside of this is that there is no excuse anymore to
not document your stuff... :)
