Installation problems...

If someone might have a couple moments...

I just installed a Noname motherboard with NT firmware in a case with
32 meg of RAM, a 1 gig SCSI drive, a NEC SCSI CDROM, a SMC PCI ethernet
card, and a #9 GXE PCI video card. (PS/2 connectors, BTW.)

I used dd to copy milo.bios.dd on to a floppy disk, put the floppy disk
into the floppy drive, set the jumper on J29 to boot from floppy, and
turned the computer on. It read from floppy for a while, then just stopped.
The display never seemed to initialize, and after a bit, the floppy light
would come on for a moment, and it did not seem to respond to anything I
typed on the keyboard.

Was there anything I should have set on the #9 video card, or is there
something really obvious I am missing? Any suggestions for diagnosis?
I put the jumper from J29 back on J28 and booted without a floppy to see
if the Win NT firmware did anything, but still a blank screen.
