Look into the latest NetBSD Alpha port sources, as they started with
the TurboChannel machines, and *then* went to PCI/ISA, in their 64-bit
port.

Using their drivers as a starting point could save a *lot* of time... :-)

In fact, you might start by using NetBSD-Alpha as a not-so-cross-development
platform... :-) :-)
