New Milo images, source and docs on gatekeeper

All,
I've updated the Milo images, source and docs on gatekeeper.dec.com
(in pub/Digital/Linux-Alpha/Miniloader). The source is milo-1.3.34-111595.tgz
and all the following listed images are built using it and have been
tested on my machines:

/milo.tga.arc

images/udb/milo.tga.arc

images/AlphaPC64/milo.bios
milo.bios.rom
milo.bios.arc

images/EB64+/milo.bios.arc

The main changes since the last "release" are:

[1] Support for the ISO9660 filesystem,
[2] Bug fixes around the memory size, now "set MEMORY_SIZE" works,
[3] Keyboard initialisation fixed, keyboards that used to fail now work
thanks to Jay Estabrook,
[4] Help text fixed up,
[5] The Milo HOWTO is now fully up to date and (I hope) comprehensive.
David Mosberger-Tang has this version on his web site (0.5),
[6] Milo now passes the boot device and boot file names to the Linux
kernel.
