Milo 'set bootstring = ' command

Someone on the net pointed out that the set/setenv bootstring
command ignores everything after the first argument. So

set bootstring fred=y bill=z

would result in a bootstring of "fred=y". Yes, it
is true, the workaround is to pass the boot string in the boot
command. I'll fix it and the images over the next little while.
