I believe there's an Emacs 19.29 at ftp.azstarnet.com:pub/linux/axp/misc. And
it does have the X stuff in it (a previous version did not).

BTW, if anyone is interested in a beta version of XEmacs 19.11 (this used to
be called Lucid Emacs, I believe), let me know. I've been running it for a
while and it seems pretty stable, but of course, your mileage may vary... :-)
