BLADE_0.3: ncurses needs terminfo database...

Jim,
Another tiny ommision from BLADE_0.3. The ncurses supplied was
apparently compiled without TERMCAP support and thus needs the
terminfo database (which isn't included). I copied the terminfo
database from the Redhat distribution and now ncftp-2.2.2 works
just fine.
