Alternatively, how difficult would it be to write a program that would write
the current Flash contents to a floppy, suitable for use by the Fail-Safe
Loader? I'd be willing to try my hand at writing such a thing if I knew more
details about the firmware, such as what stuff needs to be on the floppy where.

Which jumper is it? I've got no docs at all, other than a few sheets of
drool-proof paper that came in the box.
Are there any technical docs I can order? A Technical Manual, Hardware Manual
Service Manual, Maintenance Prints, anything? Does any worthwhile documentation
come with the $800 administrator's kit, or is it just more drool-proof stuff?
