I do indeed have .rpm's working for f2c and libf2c. They built spice fine
(rather, libf2c worked for spice - the files were already converted to C).
However, they are not included on the current beta CD.
If you decide to install Red Hat/AXP it'll be trivial to add the f2c stuff. I'm
hoping to have g77 ready for the final release for Red Hat/AXP.
If you decide to move to Red Hat, please let me know. I'd like to have someone
confirm that f2c works, and to test g77 when it's ready. It sounds like you
can do a much better job of both of these then I.
