Linux 1.3.49

As of five minutes ago (or three days ago or so, by the time the mailing
list actually sends you this message) the latest version of linux is
1.3.49. This version does:

- updated 3c503 driver
- updated 3c505 driver
- updated SCC driver
- updated NCR SCSI driver (this has been in testing for a long time,
now it's in the standard kernel).
- updated aha152x driver
- updated aha2940 (aic7xxx) driver
- some minor bugfixes

I didn't dare put in the stuff I've been working on yet - I have some
mmap and IO optimization patches that will go in eventually, but which
are not ready for anybody that actually wants to _work_ with linux.

This is probably my last release before Xmas, so be good boys and girls
and upgrade your machines to this, OR MAYBE SANTA WON'T GIVE YOU ANY
PRESENTS. He does check, you know... We wouldn't want him to overlook
you only because you're still running 1.3.43, now would we?
