Milo updates - a bit late, but it's Christmas.

All,
just a brief update. Firstly, test-images on
gatekeeper (Linux-Alpha/Miniloader) contain some new images
built against 1.3.48. I spent some time looking into machine
checks on the Multia and on the Noname. Turning off PCI
parity checking stopped problems on the Noname and the images
in test-images/noname have this hack/fix in them. Maybe
I'll make it a Milo command. The machine check problems that
we had on the Multia were down to a TGA driver bug in Jay's
code. He has a fix ready, it was related to memory size so
some memory sizes worked (eg 24Mbytes) and some failed (eg
32Mbytes). Jay'll put out a fix. I've also put out the
latest sources (/src/milo-1.3.48.tgz). These include EB164
support. The images in AlphaPC64 work fine - I'm running them
myself.

[EB164 - I've got two main problems, the first is PCI memory
usage/allocation the second is that some images fail with
illegal instruction. I thought that I'd fixed the first
problem but all I've done is to make it happen 1 in 5 times
rather than every time.]
