There are a couple of things that you can try. First take the correct
milo from gatekeeper.dec.com (pub/Digital/Linux-Alpha/Miniloader/images)
There should exist noname/milo.bios.arc and that works. If that fails,
then I don't really know what your problem is (I'd like to know though).
In that case, you could try one of the boot block floppy versions
(noname/milo.bios.dd). Read the milo.how carefully.
