tcpdump patch

Just uploaded a patch axpsrc-tcpdump-3.0axp.patch.gz to
ftp.azstarnet.com:/pub/linux/axp/misc. It makes tcpdump work on
Linux/Alpha. The patch is relative to the SRPM in pub/devel/SRPMS on
redhat.com.

Adam, if you're maintaining the Linux version of tcpdump, would you
mind incorporating this patch into your sources? It's really a
trivial patch.

Oh, tcpdump takes a while to start up (maybe 10 seconds or so). Might
be a bug, though the OSF/1 version isn't the fastest w.r.t. startup
either. Once it's up, it seems to be running fine. At least, I
watched some NFS and ICMP packets going by and they looked fine... :-)
