I have some trouble with bringing up my printer. I'm able to start
lpd, but if I check with lpc the daemon isn't started and would
start. When I try to check if the required socket is available then I
found with netstat no available socket. I wouldn't found /dev/printer,
neither /dev/log or even the X11 sockets. I still use 1.3.45. Any
suggestion what might be the error?
