If it is Tchebyshev polynomials you want, libraries should have the
venerable source, something like Hastings, _Approximations for Digital
Computers_. circa 1960, aka "Hastings Approximations", a thin book, it
was a standard reference for several years and the basis of at least a
few implementations.
