No, one *can* boot from the IDE from MILO; get MILO either by FLASHing it,
or booting to MILO from ARC.
> * What are any EB64 specific problems?
Uh, none that I'm aware of, but then I have no direct experience with EB64+.
> * Is BLADE a good choice, or should I go with Red Hat?
Well, BLADE is basic and via floppy (mostly); RedHat is much friendlier and
has many more apps and games and such, and can be installed via NFS, or even
booting off the CD and using root on the CD. Cool... :-)
> * Am I stuck using a SCSI CD-ROM or can I use one off the IDE controller?
Uh, there's been mail detailing both problems and successes, I believe, so
you mileage may vary...

Well, CERN's httpd runs quite nicely, I've heard, but I don't remember
seeing any performace measurements or load tests or the like from any who
may have already done it...
