OSF/1 binaries under Linux

do all statically linked OSF/1 binaries run under Linux? Even those using
X11 (except of the server, of course)?

Or what do I have to take care of when compiling under OSF/1 for Linux?

Is the OSF/1 version number of importance?

Or did I get something seriously wrong and OSF binaries will not run?
