I don't know whether ARC can boot in 8MB of RAM. Actually, I'm pretty
sure it can't. The thing to try would be to dump a MILO image onto a
floppy and then use the "fail-safe loader" to boot that image.
However, even without MILO floppy, the floppy light should go on when
enabling the fail-safe loader.
