Interesting! I'd love to have a few links in the Linux/Alpha home
page pointing to interesting/big/non-trivial Internet sites that are
Linux/Alpha powered. Contributions would be welcome!

Hmmh, AFAIK, only the NCR53c810 and the AH1740 are *known* to work
under Linux/Alpha. "Porting" the latter to the Alpha didn't seem to
be very difficult, but I'm not sure whether that says anything about a
AH2940 port.

But maybe somebody else tried the AH2940 already? This is a good
point to remind everybody: if you know of a driver that does or does
not work under Linux/Alpha, *please* let me know at
davidm@azstarnet.com. That's the only way I can keep the list in the
FAQ up to date.
