Milo for EB164/linux-1.3.64

the Milo image on gatekeeper in test-images/eb164 is no good.
Basically the Digital BIOS emulation sends something in the kernel into
a tizzy. I've replaced those images with Milo with the freeware BIOS
emulation for now. Looking at the problem I suspect that it's incorrectly
handled machine checks. It is not a bug in Milo.

1.3.64. I just built it for my Cabriolet and it ran for about
5 minutes before the system hung. I was running X windows and there were
a couple of odd things like the icon for my rxvt not being shown and
my GoodStuff being a little screwy. 1.3.63 runs like a dream both on
alpha and intel - thanks to all those folks who pointed out the error
of my ways with ppp; I rebuilt pppd and it runs just fine.
