Linux-1.3.67 - alpha patches

Just uploaded a new Alpha patch and kernels for Noname and Cabrio:

The patch is relative to a clean 1.3.67 (i.e., sans Linus's super-67
patch) and includes Dave Rusling's bios32 patch. It also adds syscall
entry points for sendmsg/recvmsg and the new nanosleep call.

Try it out---the NFS read caching works like a charm! :-)
