RedHat axp release

I just installed the new non-beta red hat axp release. I was planning on
making it available for anon ftp in the UK as a mirror of the red hat site,
but there are some problems with it.

1. The UDP code still doesn't have the patch that makes it get the right
checksum.
2. The inet daemon or some other part of the networking code doesnt work
properly; the presence of an ftp connection prevents rlogin connections!
Instead they "hang" (looks like no select being done) until the ftp session is
ended.

Here is my /etc/inetd.conf

#
# inetd.conf This file describes the services that will be available
# through the INETD TCP/IP super server. To re-configure
# the running INETD process, edit this file, then send the
# INETD process a SIGHUP signal.
