Ok, I made a small new patch to fix the problems with 1.3.78. If you had
compilation problems, please check out 1.3.79 available on the normal
sites.

1.3.79 fixes:
- unique typenames. There shouldn't be any clashes with the user level
includes any more (knock wood)
- updated the "plug" handling a bit more: the 1.3.78 way of doing it
was fine for SCSI, but non-optimal for IDE/hd.
- stallion driver update
- ncpfs fix
- menuconfig updates

Keep me informed about problems, but hopefully the really silly problems
with 1.3.78 are fixed now..
