Not in the kernel yet, unfortunately. :-( I had been hoping it would make the upcoming 2.0 release, but it won't happen.
Martin Loewis was working on the read only NTFS implementation, but in response to an email told me the project was stalled until he can find more time to work on it. You can check out http://www.informatik.hu-berlin.de/~loewis/ntfs for more information and to get the last public release he made (although I believe you should still consider it alpha code....)
