UDB Test Image - _may_ support environment variables..

All,
there have been a few mutterings about environment variables
being unsupported on UDB. Or supported once in that if you use
'resetenv' in Milo then you also blow away WNT's environment variables.
My spies told me which bits of NVRAM that I should be able to safely
use (they were wrong and I had to use a bit of tedious trial and error).
However, there is now a UDB milo image in /test-images/udb-noname which
should support environment variables. Let me know how it works
for your systems, but it works fine for mine...
