MPEG encoder card for Alpha?

Well, this isn't _exactly_ on topic for these mailing lists, but we're
looking for a reasonably priced MPEG encoder card that we can run in
our Linux/Alpha boxes (which means they must have a PCI bus interface
and come with all the necessary programming documentation). It's OK
if it can produce MPEG-1 only, but it must be able to generate I, B,
and P frames in realtime (we'd like to hook up a video camera) and
have a decent search range for motion-estimation. I know there is
stuff for >$10k, but we don't have any high-quality requirements other
than the ones mentioned above, so we hope to find something that is
substantially below that price.
