Fritz Elfert (author of isdn4linux) already started converting (and
asked me for testing/debugging/fixing) the ICN to driver make it more
portable to other architectures. There are already some changes in
2.0.0, but they aren't sufficient to make the card working. So if
you can wait a couple of days, Fritz or me will come up with a
working ICN driver on the alpha (and probably on Linux/Mips:-)).

If you can't wait look at readb/writeb, memcpy_toio and friends.
