mkdosfs problem

Hi,

I recently tried to make a large (>50Mb) FAT filesystem using "mkdosfs", and,
while appearing successful, was unable to successfully "mount" that partition.

Anyone else tried this? Small partitions (2-4Mb in size) always have been fine,
and I've always used the "DOS 16-bit >32M" partition type for all the ones
I've made, even the small ones.

The messages output seem fine up to the VFS failure to mount message; ie I do
see those funky DOS FS parameter messages being output, with nothing to show
that a problem has occurred at that level...

Thanks.

BTW, this was using RH 3.0.3 standard stuff on an EB164 (EV5) machine.
