Some new Milo images...

All,
there is a bug in earlier EB164 and PC164 Milo images which means that
some systems were seeing Milo crash with repeated 'machine check' messages with
an address in the 0x5nnnnn range. This was a bug in the unaligned access handling
in the PALcode and these new images include that new PALcode. They can be found
in test-images/eb164 and test-images/pc164. I saw the bug on my pc164 when I moved
kernel versions and when I booted from MS-DOS (floppy or disk partition). The
images should get out tonight (EST) and are dated yesterday (29th September).
