new milo sources (and images soon)

All,
I've been having e-mail bounced when I mail to the outside (ie
Non-Digital) world, so I'll try again. I've put new sources (2.0.23
and 2.1.4) on gatekeeper together with patch files which allow building
under ELF. The images, which will go into /test-images have the latest
and faster BIOS emulation from Digital and have a bug fix which allows
'shutdown -r now' to work correctly again...
