10/100 Card support on 2.0.27

Greetings,

I have been testing the DEC 21140 and 3Com 3C595 on an EB164 under 2.0.27.
It seems that both drivers have some type of problems.

The "tulip" driver gives a CIA Machine check when ifconfig initializies
it. The "vortex" driver complains that interrupt 17 may not work, and hangs
the system when ifconfig is run.

Any know problems with these drivers or cards in the alpha? This is a stright
2.0.27, no 2.0.21 patchs. The DEC 21041 cards run fine with the DE4XX driver.
